Challenge #28: A Sketch!

Welcome another Sentimental Sunday!

Before we get on with today's challenge,  I'd like to announce a few changes to the blog and some promotions amongst the Sentimental Sundays DT!   

First, the changes.  Starting with this challenge, we will now have a Top Three chosen by the DT members and the Top Three participants will receive the Sentimental Sundays Top Three blinkie below.  We know it'll be difficult for us to choose, but we're up to the task!  The Top Three and the random winner will be announced on Tuesdays, starting November 16.

Second, the promotions.  I'm so very grateful that a few of the ladies decided to stay with the team after their four month term and that a few of them volunteered to help out with running the blog.  We now have three new DT Coordinators and they are: Ceal, Cheryl, and Kimberly!  The new DT Coordinators will be helping out with the posts, answering your emails, and will be helping to keep the blog running smoothly :)  Our original DT members, Ann E., Annika, Chris, and Joanna have all been promoted to the Senior Design Team Member status! They're oldies, but goodies!  And I mean that in the most positive way :)

Alright, now that I'm done rambling, let's get on with today's festivities!

You'll notice that we have new inspiration for you here at Sentimental Sundays with the addition of lots of lovely new DT members.  We're having a great time getting to know them, and hope that you'll enjoy their talent every bit as much as we are!

Sentimental Sundays DT Call

DT CALL CLOSED

I can't believe the Sentimental Sundays blog has been running for almost six months! The days have flown by and I still feel lucky every day for the fun we get to have each week.


I would not have been able to keep it going without the talent and support from the lovely ladies here at the Sentimental Sundays.  Recently, Anesha and Renate has decided to step down from the team.  We'll miss them tremendously, but because of that, we've decided to put up our second DT Call to look for talented, easy-going, dedicated, and fun-loving individuals to join our Sentimental Family.


Here's some info:
1.  Create a project (card, scrapbook, digital layout, alter item, anything) using any sentiment an incorporating the challenge theme at least TWICE A MONTH.  You do not have to create weekly, though we (the team and those who visit the blog) love to see your creations!  Comment on participant entries (we divvy it up) - this is very important!  Everyone loves comments.  Join the Sentimental Sundays Yahoo group for DT communication and to chit-chat and share your creations.

2.  You will have access to all the digital sentiments I create for sale (such as the ones for Whimsy Stamps here) or others that I may sell elsewhere in the future.  Of course, you also have access to all my free digital sentiment sets.  If we have sponsors, you will have access to sponsor products if/when they are offered to the team.  You will receive a free watermark and/or signature set from the Custom Digital Designs section.  Though you have free access to all my digital sentiments, you are not required to use them for the challenges.  I greatly appreciate it if you do, but of course, I know there are lots of other wonderful sentiments out there and I never want to limit anyone's creativity :)

3.  Your name and blog link will be displayed on the sidebar and permanently displayed on the Design Team page.

Design team call ends Monday, October 18.  The new members will be announced on October 23.
